Job Description

Your Impact:

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be a core contributor and leader within the development team. You will tackle the most complex technical challenges, writing high-quality, high-performance code for the backbone of the application. You will mentor other developers and play a crucial role in shaping a modern, AI-assisted development culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement complex business logic related to global pricing, margin analysis, and data integration.
• Collaborate on database design and write efficient, optimized SQL queries.
• Build and maintain the CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to ensure smooth, automated deployments.
• Actively use and promote AI-powered tools like Cloud Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development cycles.
• Mentor mid-level developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Solid experience designing and building RESTful APIs for web applications.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL databases.
• Experience working in a cloud environment (Azure preferred) and with CI/CD principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP integration projects.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like React.
